Jared Kott, an Eastside of Chicago resident has been involved in real estate for close to a decade. Marblestone Property Group was launched in August 2013 where Jared oversees the day to day operations with a strong focus on sales, marketing, growth, and community development. His vision and grit quickly enabled the company to acquire, renovate, and successfully manage close to 100 rentals units in a span of under five years. A key factor to the company’s success was Jared’s ability to think outside the box and to brand and build in areas where many of the communities had been forgotten by both investors and society alike.
